Who We Are
Mali Kruz Housing Ltd is an independent UK housing company. We can be contacted at [email protected] or by telephone on 0333 339 2919. For the purposes of UK data protection law, Mali Kruz Housing Ltd is the data controller for personal data collected through this website.
What Data We Collect
We collect personal data through three enquiry forms on this website. Through our General Enquiry form, we collect your full name, email address, telephone number (if provided), enquiry type and message. Through our Submit Your Property (landlord) form, we collect your full name, email address, telephone number, property address, postcode, property type, number of bedrooms, property condition, expected monthly rent (if provided), property availability and any additional information you choose to provide. Through our Find Properties (housing partner) form, we collect your organisation name, contact name, organisation type, email address, telephone number, areas required, property requirements, accommodation purpose, budget, timescale and any additional information you choose to provide. We do not knowingly collect special category personal data through our website forms.
How We Use Your Data
We use the personal data you provide to respond to your enquiry and to communicate with you about the services or arrangements you have asked about. We do not use your data for unsolicited marketing purposes. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Legal Basis for Processing
We process personal data submitted through our enquiry forms on the basis of our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries from prospective landlords, property owners and housing partners, and in operating our business. Where you have ticked the acknowledgement checkbox on our forms, this confirms that you have read and agree to our Privacy Policy — it does not in itself constitute consent as a legal basis for processing. We rely on legitimate interests as our primary lawful basis for processing enquiry data.
How We Store Your Data
Enquiry data submitted through our forms is transmitted to us by email via our website hosting and email service providers. We retain enquiry data for as long as is necessary to respond to and follow up on your enquiry, and in any event for no longer than two years from the date of receipt unless we have an ongoing business relationship with you that requires us to retain it for longer.
Service Providers
We use third-party service providers to operate this website and deliver email communications. These providers may process personal data on our behalf and are required to handle it securely and in accordance with applicable data protection law. Our website is hosted by GoDaddy. Email delivery is handled through our website platform's email gateway.
Your Rights
Under UK data protection law, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to request correction of inaccurate data, to request erasure of your data, to object to processing based on legitimate interests, and to request restriction of processing. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk if you believe we have not handled your personal data in accordance with applicable law.
